For those of you thinking about how this kind of training may affect your waistlines or how you can improve your diet through good nutrition, please remember this very important fact: You cannot out-train a bad diet.

  1. Today I ate an entire tray of Ghiradelli chocolate brownies. It was necessary performance nutrition for pushing three or more kids up and down hills on sleds all day. This is the kind of thing you can justify when you know fancy words like glycolytic oxidation and Krebs cycle. 🙂
